I hope you enjoy this educational song composition! I am very happy with how it all came together, and think it could actually be used in a studying situation. My next step to to see if it actually does work- I ave sent this song to my sister (who is only 9!) and she will be studying it all week. Next week, I will give her a test to see how much in
Here is my cover song using the guitar techniques I have developed over the past month! Next week, I will be teaching some of these techniques to my family- stay tuned for a blog about the teaching process!
Here is an update on some of my new guitar skills. This piece has really challenged me to go above and beyond what I already knew about guitar. Like I way in the video, a lot of the stuff I am learning can be applied to other songs, so this will all be very useful information in the future. Check out the finished song in 2 weeks!
One correction in this video (this seems to be a common theme in this round of video blogs!) I said the second chord in the song is an E-flat chord Here is an update on my educational song composition- which is about hormones. I have developed a list of 23 essential hormones and and trying to make them memorable to a person who may learn this song. The song is turning out to be a bit wordy (understandable for a song with "adrenocorticotrophin" as a lyric!) but I think it is actually coming together very nicely. Join me in 2 weeks to hear/see the finished hormone song. Hopefully you will learn a thing or two!
There is one correction in this video- I misspoke and ending up having to do some additional research about exocrine glands. For whatever reason, I said the liver was an exocrine gland which is obviously not correct. What I MEANT to say, was that the bile producing glands in the liver are exocrine glands. Exocrine glands primarily produce enzymes, not hormones, which is why all of the glands listed in the song are endocrine glands. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused! |
